These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreCNX platform, including the website, web application, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Hunter Creative Media & Design ("Hunter Creative Media," "HCM," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates CoreCNX as part of the CNX Suite (alongside Beacon, CampaignCNX+, and Alma).
By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We offer a free trial of fourteen (14) days to new workspaces, extended to thirty (30) days for participants in our beta cohort. No payment information is required to start a trial.
At the end of a trial, your workspace will not be charged unless you provide payment information and select a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are listed on our pricing page and are charged in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Fees are based on contact volume and the plan tier you select. We process payments through Stripe; by providing payment information you authorize us to charge that payment method for all applicable fees.
If a charge fails, we will retry it on a reasonable schedule and may suspend the Service if a payment remains unpaid for more than fourteen (14) days. Late amounts may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
Beta-cohort workspaces receive locked-in pricing as long as the account remains in good standing and is not cancelled. The lock-in survives plan changes and contact-volume increases but does not extend to new add-on products that were not part of the Service at the time of beta enrollment.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Contact records, activity timelines, custom fields, and other content your workspace uploads or generates ("Customer Data") remain your property. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. Our handling of Customer Data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Customer Data you upload, including obtaining any required consents from the people whose information you upload.
If you connect CoreCNX to other CNX Suite products (Beacon, CampaignCNX+, Alma), data flows between those products and CoreCNX via signed webhooks. Each CNX Suite product is governed by its own terms, but a single set of these Terms applies between you and CoreCNX as a result of connecting them.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees that are due, use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk, or for sustained inactivity on a free trial.
For material breaches, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to cure where practical. For breaches that pose immediate risk (security, abuse, fraud, illegal activity), suspension may be immediate.
On termination, you may export your Customer Data through the Service for thirty (30) days, after which we may delete it consistent with the retention policy in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Hunter Creative Media & Design and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.
Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you share with us about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including SendGrid for email, Stripe for billing, and the other CNX Suite products if you have connected them. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services. Where the Service integrates with a third party at your request, your use of that third party is also subject to its own terms.
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data, including Customer Data, will be free from loss or corruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not lawyers. Nothing on the Service is legal advice about TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, voter-data laws, or anything else; you are responsible for your own legal compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hunter Creative Media & Design and its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim arising out of (a) Customer Data you upload, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email to your account address. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order documents, are the entire agreement between you and Hunter Creative Media & Design regarding the Service.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
