The mechanic
The agency model is built into the data layer, not bolted on. Every table in CoreCNX filters by account ID. Sub-accounts can't see each other's contacts, pipelines, or activity, even by accident. The parent account can see all of them, in roll-up only.

Decide what each client needs: a contact list, a pipeline, an SMS program, a chatbot widget on their site. Pick which suite products go with which sub-accounts. CoreCNX Enterprise + the agency add-on covers the parent.

One click creates a sub-account under your parent: its own contact database, its own pipeline (political or commercial defaults), its own users. Default pipeline stages auto-populate based on vertical. Invite client staff if you want them in the workspace.

Switch to the parent view: a dashboard across every sub-account. Total contacts, total activity, conversion rates, top performers. Drill into any sub-account from the same login. One bill at month-end.

The parent account runs on CoreCNX Enterprise ($499/mo). Add a flat monthly fee per active sub-account. Annual billing on the parent unlocks the discounted sub-account rate. No per-user fees inside sub-accounts. No setup fee.

Every record in CoreCNX (contacts, activity, pipeline stages, tags, custom fields, email campaigns) is keyed to an account ID, and every query filters on that ID at the database layer. Sub-accounts under the same agency parent are isolated per workspace: a user logged into client A's sub-account cannot read, query, or export client B's contacts. The parent account can see roll-up totals across sub-accounts but does not merge their data into a single contact list.
The parent account pays. One credit card on file at the agency level covers the Enterprise plan plus every sub-account add-on. Sub-accounts don't see billing UI and aren't charged. Most agencies bill the CoreCNX cost back to clients as part of a monthly retainer; some bake it into a flat fee. You decide. We just send one invoice to one place at month-end.
Custom subdomain (yourname.corecnx.com) and custom-from email domain are available on the Enterprise tier today. Full white-label (your logo replacing CoreCNX branding inside the app) is a custom deal we'll do for agencies above a sub-account threshold. Yes. We don't hold contact data hostage. A sub-account can be exported to CSV in full at any time: contacts, activity history, tags, pipeline state, email campaign records. If a client wants to leave the agency and run CoreCNX on their own, we'll detach the sub-account from the parent and convert it to a standalone billed account so the client keeps every record intact and the agency stops paying for it. No data deletion, no export fee.
