Pricing
Four paid tiers, one trial. Users, sequences, workspaces, and suite integrations are unlimited on every paid plan. Your bill scales when your contact list does, not when you add a teammate. Annual saves about 20%.
/01, Starter
For one-channel programs, pilots, and the small advocacy nonprofit that just needs a clean CRM.
$470/yr · saves $118
/02, Growth
For campaigns running two or three channels and teams that need API access.
$950/yr · saves $238
/03, Pro
What most political campaigns and mid-sized B2B teams running the suite actually buy.
$1,910/yr · saves $478
/04, Enterprise
Statewide campaigns, multi-client agencies, and shops that want a real human running onboarding.
$4,790/yr · saves $1,198
Free trial
Full access to every paid feature on Pro. Wire in Beacon, CampaignCNX+, or Alma during the trial. You keep the data when you convert.
Included on every paid plan
The tier you pick changes how many contacts you can hold and how many emails you can send. It does not change which features you can use. There is no "pay $499 to unlock the timeline."
Universal
Same features, same integrations, same ingest, across Starter through Enterprise.
What happens when you grow past your tier
Going over your contact cap doesn't lock you out. We bill the overage at the end of the cycle. Email volume, users, sequences. Those are all part of your tier and don't carry overage.
Add-ons
Most teams never need either of these. If you do, they're priced separately so the standard tiers stay clean.
/A, Agency model
Manage multiple client workspaces from one parent account. Per-client billing, isolated data, single login. Enterprise parent plan required.
$49 / mo · $39 / mo annual
Per sub-account · annual rate requires Enterprise parent
/B, White-glove setup
We import your existing CRM data, wire your suite products, build your first three pipeline stages, and run a 90-minute training with your team.
$249 – $999 one-time
Quoted to scope · TBD pricing pending confirmation
/C, Extra enrichment
If you burn through your monthly enrichment credit, top up at the same rate. Credits roll over for the rest of the cycle. Phone, email, social, and firmographic lookups all draw from the same pool.
$1 / credit · pay as you go
Pricing FAQ
If yours isn't here, the demo email goes to a real person who answers within a business day.
Yes. 14 days, full access to Pro-tier features, no card on file. The trial caps at 5,000 contacts (hard cap, not overage) and 5,000 emails for the period. Enrichment lookups are not included in the trial; credits are pay as you go at $1 each.
Unique contact records in your workspace. Archived contacts don't count. A contact arriving from Beacon, CampaignCNX+, and Alma is still one contact. Phone-first matching collapses them onto a single timeline. Imports that produce duplicates inside one workspace also collapse, so you don't get billed twice for sloppy data.
On Starter through Pro, we bill overage at the end of the cycle at the rate in the table above ($10–$15 per 1,000). On Enterprise it's custom, usually a higher cap rolled into the contract. We never lock you out of your data; the only enforcement is on the bill.
Annual prepays 12 months at roughly a 20% discount. The catch is that it prepays. There's no auto-renew lock-in: at renewal you can switch tiers, switch back to monthly, or cancel without penalty. We never raise prices on existing customers mid-term.
Yes, both directions. Upgrades prorate immediately and you start using the new tier the same day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you don't lose paid-for capacity. No phone calls, no "talk to your account manager". It's a button in your settings.
Pipelines, custom fields, saved segments, tags, workspaces (within one account), webhook destinations, sequences (from Growth up), and suite integrations. The only metered things are: contacts, users, emails per month, and enrichment credits.
You buy Enterprise as the parent account and add sub-account workspaces underneath, one per client. Each sub-account has its own data, users, and pipeline, but you log in once and manage all of them. Per-client billing rolls up to the agency or bills the client directly. Pricing is custom and we'll quote it on a 20-minute call.
Starter has the unified timeline and all CRM features but no public REST API. Webhook ingest from Beacon, CampaignCNX+, Alma, and SendGrid still works. Those are integrations, not the public API. If you need the API to push data programmatically from your own systems, you need Growth or up.
Start with one source
Sign up, import a contact list, send a test webhook from your terminal. Watch it land on the timeline in seconds. If you don't convert, your CSV export is still yours.
