CoreCNX is a CRM, a shared database of your contacts and your history with them. Each plan includes a set number of users, and suite integrations are unlimited on every paid plan. Your bill depends mainly on the size of your contact list. Paying annually saves about 20%.

Your plan sets how many contacts, users and emails you get, not which features you can use. You do not need the $499 plan to use the timeline.

What happens when you grow past your tier
Going over your contact limit does not lock you out. We bill for the extra contacts at the end of the billing cycle. Email volume, users and sequences are part of your plan and have no overage charges.

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, includes all Pro plan features, and requires no credit card. It is limited to 5,000 contacts (a firm limit, with no overage) and 5,000 emails. Enrichment lookups are not included; credits are $1 each, pay as you go.
We count unique contact records in your workspace; archived contacts do not count. A person whom Beacon, CampaignCNX+ and Alma report with the same phone number or email address counts once, because CoreCNX matches records by phone number, then email address, and puts their activity on one timeline. When you import a list, rows that match an existing contact by phone or email are skipped or update that contact, so you are not billed twice for the same person.
On Starter, Growth and Pro, we bill overage at the end of the billing cycle at the rates above ($10 to $15 per 1,000 contacts). Enterprise is custom, usually with a higher limit written into the contract. We never lock you out of your data; going over affects only your bill.
With annual billing, you pay for 12 months in advance at roughly a 20% discount. Renewal does not lock you in: you can change plans, switch back to monthly billing, or cancel without penalty. We never raise prices for existing customers in the middle of a term.
Yes, in either direction. A plan change takes effect right away, and the price difference for the rest of the cycle is prorated whether you move up or down. You do not need to call an account manager; you change plans with a button in your settings.
Pipeline stages, custom fields, tags, webhook destinations and suite integrations are unlimited on every paid plan. Saved groups of contacts and sequences are unlimited on Growth, Pro and Enterprise, and Starter includes 10 saved groups and 5 active sequences. Beyond that, we limit only contacts, users, emails per month, enrichment credits and file storage.
You buy Enterprise as the parent account and add a sub-account workspace for each client. Each has its own data, users and pipeline, and the parent account sees a summary of each one. The parent account pays for every sub-account. Pricing is custom, and we quote it on a 20-minute call.
Starter includes the unified timeline and all CRM features, but not the public REST API. It still receives activity from Beacon, CampaignCNX+, Alma and SendGrid, because those are built-in integrations, not the public API. To send data from your own systems through the API, you need Growth or higher.
Start with one source
Sign up, import a contact list, and move a contact to a new pipeline stage; the change appears on that contact's timeline. If you do not move to a paid plan, you can still export your data as a CSV file.
