How an event lands
This is what happens when a Beacon canvasser working a precinct in Springfield logs a door knock at 7:43 PM on a Tuesday.

Beacon mobile app, "Contacted" button, survey response saved. Beacon writes the disposition locally and queues a webhook to CoreCNX.

Yes. CSV import handles VAN exports, NGP exports, state-party files, and most voter file vendors. Phone-first matching means the import won't duplicate voters who are already in the system from a Beacon walk list or an SMS broadcast. Custom fields (precinct, turf, support score, party ID) come along for the ride.
CoreCNX doesn't replace VAN. It lives next to it. You import voter file data in, and you can export contact-level activity (door knocks, SMS replies, donations) back out as CSV for committee uploads. We don't have a real-time VAN sync because most state parties don't allow one; the export is built around what they do allow.
The donation events on the timeline include processor ID, amount, date, and donor record, all the fields a treasurer needs for FEC Form 3. We export to CSV in a layout that drops cleanly into NGP, FECfile, or a treasurer's spreadsheet. We are not a compliance tool ourselves; we're the source data feeding one.
Yes. The pipeline is the GOTV ladder. Walk lists from Beacon get assigned by precinct, the day-of-action dashboard shows real-time door knocks and contact rates, and the SMS GOTV blast through CampaignCNX+ writes back to every contacted voter's timeline. Field director sees it all live on one screen.
SMS compliance lives in CampaignCNX+ (opt-out handling, 10DLC registration, content rules) and the suppression syncs back to CoreCNX so an opted-out voter doesn't get re-added to a list during an import. The CRM enforces that suppression across email and Beacon as well.
A state-rep race or city-council campaign can be running on CoreCNX in an afternoon. Import the voter file, set up three pipeline stages (ID'd / supporter / GOTV), wire CampaignCNX+ for SMS, and you're sending. Statewide takes a week and usually involves white-glove setup ($249–$999, scope-dependent).
State-rep races usually run on Growth ($99/mo, 15K contacts). State-senate or city-mayor races usually run on Pro ($199/mo, 50K contacts). Statewide races, governorships, congressional runs go on Enterprise ($499/mo, 150K soft cap). All paid plans include unlimited Beacon and CampaignCNX+ integrations.
You keep your data. The contact records, the timelines, the donation history, all yours, exportable to CSV in one click. If you wind down to a maintenance plan after Election Day, you can downgrade the tier in your settings. Cycle-to-cycle reuse is the default; we never delete a campaign's data on cancellation.
